Automated Cabling Solutions will do a Rent Ready Compliance Inspection of your property with the above items thoroughly checked for current compliance requirements for your piece of mind. A report will be submitted in accordance with the following documents taken into account:

All ACS technicians performing the Rent Ready Maintenance will have police checks available for viewing.
A report will be submitted thereafter for a cost which shall include the following:
Compliance Report – ACS to provide a report outlining that the property is compliant with current Legislation.
Non Compliance Report – ACS to provide a report outlining non-compliant items and seek approval for repairs.
Essential repairs – Repairs to essential services needed and to be completed within 24 hours of notification.
Urgent repairs – Repairs must be organised with repairer within 48 hours of notification. A suitable repairer must be found in a reasonable time frame.
